Is it possible to turn your XP theme to Vista theme without damaging/replacing *.dll's?

Coz the Vista theme looks eye-catching than the XP theme. Very Happy

Download that and it will allow you to use unsigned, unofficial themes created my 3rd party windows users. That just lets you use themes.
To find themes, go to www.deviantart.com.

XP: http://www.deviantart.com/#catpath=customization/skins/windows/visualstyle&order=9
There isn't an official Windows 7 themes section but you can just search for them in the search bar.
