Trying to play luigi's mansion, but the FPS is only 3-6, it goes normally when it is at short cutscene or some shit (trying to open a door), but then it just goes back to the shitty FPS.

Can my computer just not do it, or are there some options where i can make it go faster

You don't have a good enough computer. You're running a P4. Plus, GC emulation is still pretty bad and in the works. Not only are the emulators bad, but most of the ISOs are bad too. There isn't a single WW ISO with working sound, and even people with top-of-the-line computers have only gotten it to run at half the FPS it's supposed to.

If Gamecube emus work like most emus, Try emulating without sound and lowering all graphic settings to lowest. Also, if you can, set the texture update to never update.

Once you've set all this, you may get black/white boxes over a few sprites, and things may become unaligned, but that's ok. Having no sound makes the emulator not have to emulate any of the sound files (and there's alot). I think average fps might be 20-30 when done.
