AD.

IIRC her ulti deals 55% of her attack damage, AP will lose to AD in the long run due to the scaling of bonus ap into different abilities. Get two BF swords, upgrade both of them to bloodthirster and black cleaver.

AD pros: easier to farm, BB actually does dmg and can harass, less reliant on ult.
cons: less hps, has less magic pen, all abilities still do magic dmg

AP pros: Much higher magic pen, moar hps, slows with rylis, higher dmg in the long run due to void staff, hard hiting shampo+ lich bane.
cons: gambles everything on ult, has no auto att dmg.

AP is better IMO, it has a nuke Shampo. AD is just good for her ult and auto-attacks.
