I am looking for a host that is free with cpanel or quite cheap...

I provide free hosting but it's ftp only, and if you need anything done via cpanel I do it.

Yeah if you wanted to use your own domain I could set that up too.
Basically it's the same as regular hosting but instead of using the cpanel you just ask me to do it, because I don't feel safe giving out the password.
Anything else like mysql or ftp you get total access.
