How do I cheat?

If i turn on CE before my game, then it wont run.
but if i turn on CE after the game, then it will work, but when i try and use the SpeedHack, my game freezes. (CE still works tho)
I am using Windows7.
Can any1 please help me? any idea is welcome.

if it's an online game it could be it's looking for ce, and also has some anti cheat build in (so speedhack will cause a crash on the game)

if not, is it a 64-bit version of the game ?

yes, its a online game.
Speed hacks do work on this game, as a lot of people are using them.(cheats allowed).
Could u recommend me a different program(via PM), or maybe a way around that problem?
