i dont know if this is the right section, but recently whenever i press shift+2, " comes up and when i press shift+', @ comes up, its still like this when i type this is this a virus?

Wrong section. Nope it isnt a virus. It has something to do with different keyboard layouts in different countries. I get it on some websites as well.

now you mention it, no it doesnt, i just cleared my internet cache, and it seems to be normal, i wonder what website would cause this to change :S

Your keyboard is set to the British layout. Shift + 3 should be £.
