Pages rarely load, I have to keep clicking refresh/the link I clicked. It's like when the browser tries to make a connection it's a gamble whether it will.

Same shit happens on my brothers PC too.
I blame my ISP as I've done everything I can with the router to try and fix it.

I don't torrent, I only watch videos/movies online and don't download much shit.

The only thing I think which could be using so much bandwidth is my cousin who is on webcam 24/7, her friends are also always on webcam to her.

The wireless has a password which I doubt anyone would guess.
No one in my house torrents.
And my ISP only throttle 75% (which would give me 2.5MBs, which is what we get all the time)

Nah, even thats still plenty. Unless his upload speed is throttled even more then his download.

We pay for 10MBps
If we go over 1500GB download between 9am and 3pm, we get throttled to 2.5MBps, if we go over 800GB download between 3PM and 9PM we get throttled to 2.5MBps (after them times there's no throttle but we still get 2.5MBps, shitty ISP I say)
I don't get it, why is my internet being shit today, why the fuck can't we get the speed we pay for, I doubt we go over 500MB a fucking day with downloads.

We also have 4 people connected to the router (most of the time 2-3 people on at once)

EDIT: I mean 1500MB and 800MB.

No, that would be fuck easy to reach over the course of a day. And I'm 99% sure you mean a 10Mbps connection, because if you were paying for a 10MBps connection, you'd be paying for double what we get, and I have an amazing internet.

Protip: 10 bits per byte over the internet.

Still, Like I said, there is no throttling after 9pm to something like 6am.
but we still get 2.5Mbps.

Basically, I should download at 800KB/sec but I actually get 250KB/sec
Right now, it's a gamble if any of the downloads will start or if any pages will load.
I don't download much, neither does my brother, my cousin is on cam and has someone on cam to her all the time, so I wouldn't be surprised if she's the problem.
