Eeerm for the past couple of days I've been building a fuckload, so I have a lot of buildings that I had windows with and I didn't know glass existed.
Putting glass in the windows now.
Also, I have a pretty big outdoor tree-farm and I want to put glass on the top of it so it still gets sun and sheep stop being assholes (Picture)

Just use multiple furnaces. Cobblestone is easy as dicks to obtain, so you could just line up a ton of furnaces and smelt all the glass much faster.

Don't you need more space inbetween? Also much fun. |
No, leaves do get in the way on the fat ones but on the thin ones it's fine. Leaves only take like 3 seconds to fuck off anyway and when you start chopping the tree they disappear rapidly.

Anarchy, from what I've seen it does, though I have so many a few might not be, majority do though. I'll let my trees grow for a few days without cutting them and then I'll check.
Effect, varys a lot, I'd say 1-2 in-game days though.
