Antec and Coolermaster are always really good to me, Antec is a bit cheaper though.
Edit: I'd give you a link to a power supply though I don't know any shops in your area, nor do I know how much power your comp will need.

Is 500W enough for up2date hardware? This is literally the first time I've bothered trying to build my own computer.

If you plan on dual monitors, crossfiring, etc. I would go higher. Mines a 650, and it is just enough to get me by, but I would need a bigger one if I planned on going much higher. |

All I'm wanting to do is build a computer that will work for most of my hobbies, such as playing games, 3d modeling, lots of multitasking, etc...
The one I have now can't even run TF2.

I haven't been able to locate a nice cheap one yet, you guys are welcome to help me with that as well.
