Antec and Coolermaster are always really good to me, Antec is a bit cheaper though.
Edit: I'd give you a link to a power supply though I don't know any shops in your area, nor do I know how much power your comp will need.

Is 500W enough for up2date hardware? This is literally the first time I've bothered trying to build my own computer. _________________

If you plan on dual monitors, crossfiring, etc. I would go higher. Mines a 650, and it is just enough to get me by, but I would need a bigger one if I planned on going much higher. |

The one I have now can't even run TF2. _________________

What Gfx card do you have | I haven't been able to locate a nice cheap one yet, you guys are welcome to help me with that as well.
EDIT: I was thinking about this one, but it has mixed reviews: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130543&cm_re=9600GSO-_-14-130-543-_-Product _________________

You wouldn't need a high end PSU for that card. _________________
