Isn't DoTA free anyway? Is it just the same map or have they put in new ones?

Dota is a map for wc3, wc3 has a retail sticker of $20. LoL is free, And has many improvements.

Fun Fact: The guy who made Dota worked on LoL.

Meh, I already have Warcraft 3. I used to play DoTA a lot a while back but I stopped and now I suck.

HoN is worse than DotA .. It's a standalone game, but it's worse than the map for warcraft III. Also HoN = Shitty Minimap

In my experience, HoN and DotA is a bit harder to play and learn, and it takes longer to play, where LoL is a bit more casual. It's easy to start off with, and there's fun for everyone.
