I'm thinking of buying a 32GB iPod Touch 3G but I was just wondering if it would be worth waiting for the iPod Touch 4G. Thoughts?

You are aware that the new iPhone is called iPhone 4 and not iPhone 4g. The new iPhone 4 doesn't use the 4th generation networking. I doubt they would released a 4g network based iPod and not an iPhone.

4g stands for 4th generation. eg: they call the 4th iPod classic the iPod classic 4g.

I personally think that the iphone 4g is far sexier than the older versions. Honestly, how can you deny the slimmer, smoother iphone with a heavier and fatter one. The iphone 4g even has high def recording and the retina screen makes me jizz.

Not to sound like a fanboy, but I'm struggling to see why anybody would get an iPhone 4 over an Android phone. The screen is nice, I guess, but that's pretty much it.

They generally make a new iPod Touch every year in September so I'd wait to see what happens.
1st generation: September 13, 2007
2nd generation: September 9, 2008 - present
3rd generation: September 9, 2009 - present

then apple hasn't even announced a 4th gen. you could either wait for unknown period or buy a 32 gig.
