Both, Since with Amazon prime you get no tax, and 2day shipping. But newegg would have some cheaper deals sometimes ( albeit shittier than Microcenter, FRY's B&M deal)

It's stupid to generalise these because both can have good products, because there are multiple sellers on Amazon.

I like both. Newegg is probably better for a build or specific computer parts (had a Microcenter where I used to live), and I would use Amazon any day for my headphones or Clip+ or adapters or flash memory. Things like that.
Books too.

Both have their ups and downs.

Amazon:
- Has wider range of items, not just computer specific.
- Has a larger stock for most items.
- Has a larger stock of refurbished items.
- Typically has higher prices.
- Typically has more used then new on some specific findings.

Newegg:
- Specific to electronic items.
- Carries pretty much everything you could ever need by every company and publisher.
- Has deals all the time on various types of products.
- Great prices for higher end items which can usually never be beaten.

I've personally never used Amazon, I do though shop around when looking for something before I purchase anything online. Newegg is my first stop, Amazon is usually second, then local stores, and other online sites like Buy.com and so on come next. Typically though, Newegg always has the best prices.
