I'm thinking of making my own online TV Channel where people can request songs/shows to play there? They can upload the mp3/wav to the website and 2 playing times(The times when the song/movie will be played is sent to them) Is that a good idea?

Yeah I meant to say the can only upload there own work. And I'll get ppl under contract and record I.P. & Time so I don't go to jail. Very Happy

Well I don't know, depends on what type of hosting he has and whether or not he'll actually do what he says and not allow any copyrighted content. Either way it won't work, to get those people with decent work they made, you'd need to have a damn good traffic source to even interest them.

Because just anyone has the resources laying around to set up their own ISP service.
Not that it matters because OP is in the US.

i think thats possible as long as it is their original compositions that they will upload.

i think what he is thinking is somewhat like a youtube.
