Whats a good RTS game. I don't want anything where the games last more than 3 hours and I dont really mind when it is set. I was thinking Warhammer: Dawn of war 2?

Region locking isn't too bad. Connecting to other regions results in massive lag anyway. Consoles support out-game chat rooms so don't be silly.
