What are the best-quality pair of earphones I can get for at most $30? I just broke my $8 Skull Candy's (and quite honestly, they sucked).

These JVC Headphones, I don't know the model or anything, but they cost me 32 bucks and the bass in them is amazing, just be on the lookout for these.

JVC make some nice cheap ones.
(I buy their earbuds for my ipod)

I mean quality in terms of sound, not durability. I broke my old pair (well, the sound's gargled & fucked) when I dropped my bag into the pool.

a $30 earphones ain't going to have any huge quality. you're better off looking for JVC mashmallow.

JVC Marshmallows.

Amazing for the price, I've been using them for about 2 years now, still works and looks fine.

Just get regular iPod headphones. They're great. And they're only 30 dollars.
