Going to start using it every morning. I'm losing weight but not gaining muscle, I'll look silly. If I lose weight and gain some muscle, I'd be better off, right?

It may only be 10 pounds but after like, 30 mins of using it. My arms hurt. ;-; What the fuck. Anyways, during the summer I'm going to try and lose as much weight as possible, gain some muscle, probably get a hair cut, some new clothes, a better job than McDonalds (Best Buy or some place) and probably stop being so useless. ;D Wee.

I've already been losing weight, I'm just going to speed it up a lot during the summer, I'm going to go to grade 12 being normal. (On the outside, that is).

Intensity is more important than duration. I'd increase the weight.

A bar can be bought for 20$. Do crunches apposed to sit-ups, and do them in the 100's. Do push-ups if you can, if you cannot do the modified version of them.

Get a job at EB Games.

Run 5 KM a day.

I run about 7, how do I do a full proper crunch instead of a situp? And I can only do like 20 pushups until I'm like fuck this my arms hurt too much.
