If you don't have the balls to do it yourself the guy from that thread will do it for $10.
Also the op from that thread recommends you only do it once every two weeks to avoid suspicion, I assume you could do it with a p.o box or with a friend without any problems.

Ehh I rather do it myself and save myself 9 dollars per item. 
So far, I like the Headset,Sidewinder keyboard and mouse.
