I want to play a game and the three above are a few that i have missed, Which one should i play? Or if you could suggest something else. Must be single player and have a great story.

Oblivion: Not much of a story, shitloads of quests and side quests, shitloads of mods, shitloads of things to do, freedom to do whatever.
Fable: Didn't play this one too much, deleted it 2 days after installation, lack of freedom and linear story.
DAO: Good game if you like Baldurs gate like gameplay(and by that I mean controlling several heroes), good story, decent amount of freedom, your actions and responses determine the story.

I'd suggest Oblivion, since its my personal favorite.
