On the street, without its mother.
It WAS with its brother, but someone took him away from the nest.

It made me sad, so I remade its nest and bought it some worms.

Its eating perfectly fine, it has no wounds, it does what any normal bird does as an infant.

When you raise it, it will turn it back on you and murder your family, kill it before you regret your decision.

Aside from the fact that wasen't funny and it was simply retarded.
The bird is being raised by someone else.

Cute. Looks like a robin. my mom (who's a vet) has taken care of alot of robins. I would suggest you leave it be. It's pretty well feathered, I would estimate it's about 7 days old. It's probably going to start trying to flying in the next few days, if it's not already flapping. It's mother will know where it is and take care of it, don't move it. Or, call in an expert, who will tell you what I just said.

Ed: if someone decided to raise it and release it, that's probably fine, too. whatever.
