 Posted: Wed May 19, 2010 12:45 pm Post subject: Accidentally pushed winamp top bar out of reach, can't move |

Well, if you take a look at the screenshot, I seem to have pushed my winamp window top bar out of reach, and I can't figure out how to move it back. Whenever you exit winamp and reopen it, it goes back to where it last was (as a feature), so I'm stumped.
I feel dumb asking for help on this.

It didn't, this happened last night and I did shut it down (my sister says my computer is too loud, should probably clean out some dust one of these days).

| Format your other monitor so it's (virtually) above the one that the window is stuck on. On the bottom of that monitor, you should see the top of the winamp window that you can't reach.

Right click program -> Minimize(if not already), Right click program -> Move.

Click mouse on winamp to bring it as a active window.
On your keyboard, press alt+space bar.
A small window will appear on the top left, select move and use arrow keys to move it.

I have it on the highest resolution, my secondary monitor is small.
But don't worry guys I fixed it. Right clicked the window>window settings>docking>check Dock/Undock by dragging
right click>window settings>docking>top
Dragged it down
unchecked Dock/Undock by dragging.

kls: For some reason nothing showed up with alt+spacebar
akae: can't minimize from the right click menu in the window, only on the program icon on the top bar which was off the screen. Plus, right clicking the icon on the taskbar doesn't have a move option.
Phox: Your method probably would have worked, but I didn't try it.
