he can go through whatever steps they provide to recover it and that's that.

He stole his Facebook account, not his credit card.
The worst that will come of it is that the owner will get all butthurt and make empty threats, and ultimately end up begging Facebook to give his account back.

No, it's not. Are you trying to use his facebook account to retrieve his Credit card information? No, I'm pretty sure that's impossible to do with facebook. Like holy shit, it's not a big deal. The only way he would be able to prove it, if he decides to take legal action, is if he goes to your house and records all your Cache and passwords in the manager and stuff. Even then, what would he do with the information? Seriously, you're safe.

Well, I don't think you can get criminally charged for making someone want to commit suicide just by verbal abuse. Because indirect homicide is the same as murder in the 2nd(?) degree, I believe.
