It's a lie and a generalisation that men always lie. That doesn't mean that they always speak the truth though.

Tbh I'm kinda tired so I understood none of that.
What I got from the title was: If a man always lied, he would be soooooooo screwed. Unless he was lying about lying, but that would be an endless loop.
