Bad writing, too simple, vectors are badly drawn, are over render and have lights coming out of them[?], bad render placement, bad choice of colours, render goes over border.

They aren't vectors, they're vexels and are pentool lines. The render also doesn't go over the border at all, the border goes over the RENDER.

@OP:
Don't do that. Don't randomly use the pentool in an attempt to make your pieces look cool with block colours. Also don't use scanlines, ever. If you're going to pentool things, make it different colours, use gradients and new layers with different shades set to different layer styles (soft light, linear dodge etc/.) and don't make it look half real half not (real helmet super fake lines) because that fails.
