That's sort of the main idea, but that's not it.
You play as a pirate (it's an mmo), and you basically get to do anything a real pirate could do (except rape).
It's like WoW with chibi pirates.

Oh but most of the activities consist of puzzling.
Like when you sordfight it's sort of like tetris, clear lines to attack, but not really.

I'll log in soon, basically follow the on screen tutorial until you finish or get bored, then explore around or try working on a ship for money.
