Generally yes.
..When it shows promise and indicates that the artist might have atleast an ounce of talent.
It looks like you found the smallest most LQ image you could find, stretched it over the entire canvas then randomly stuck a render on (and resized it so it was fucking tiny) with a nasty blending mode. Then put your name on it.
