Team Fortress 2
- Added Sam & Max items
- Fixed the Demoman's Fro not cloaking properly when being used by a disguised Spy
- Reduced the damage bonus the Equalizer receives as the player loses health
- The speed boost was not changed
- Community Request
- Added a flag to info_particle_system to mark particle systems as "weather" effects
Alright so wtf is 'Sam & Max' and why the fuck did they do that to the equalizer? It was so awesome.

They did it because 93% of players used the Equalizer, and the other 7% didn't even have the equalizer.
Edit: Sam and Max is some hipster adventure game

I see no problem with that. If you can get that close to heavy and manage to hit him, with 5 hp left, you deserve the kill.

In other situations when you deserve the kill (ie They're down to like, 10 health) and they either
A)Kill you
B)Run away for health
It's really kind of un-fair that they got that advantage. At least now they won't be able to kill you in one hit (I hope).

its a very old franchise about a dog and a mad bunny private detectives.
its a detectives RPG very very funny and always full with clever jokes and punch phrases.
one of my favorite games.
I played them all since the old
Sam & Max hit the road released on 1993 to the new series
its the TellTale game system the thing I love.
Sam & Max is from LucasArts though.
"TellTale has a meaning... I mean its obvious. Tell a tale . this games are like graphics novels where you have to solve puzzles.

Well to be fair a full hp heavy couldn't be beaten by him anyway. Especially since literally 2 seconds of minigun firing would kill the engie. Also a sniper could just noscope him, scout shoot once, medic needle him and pretty much any class could kill them easily. If the team is so bad that they can't kill a guy that has <30 hp, the guy deserves the kill more than they do.
