Yes I understand this is part of Legions~ sig. I thought the guy looked cool.
I dont like to copy the picture piece for piece some parts are different, and I improvised on the bottom part. Overall not too great of a drawing.

looks like it would be a character from cortex command (great game). i like the head the most.

It's got decent composition, and plenty of detail.
Shading would be nice, though...
