I don't know about other people lol but i think your sig konr is amazing and you should really make a tutorial for it, but that would take way too fucking long.

I do, and I think it's fucking amazing, obviously he can't make a tut for it as i stated. I'm just saying he should make some tutorials in the tut section. "Some guy" does know how long it took him, it's from scratch, I'm just amazed by all of Konr's work

How'd you get the cloudy look on the right?

I used smudging along with a few filter effects on applied layer (new layer > image > apply image, then filter it to fuck) such as chrome and others. I then lowered their opacity and messed with layer settings.
