Get better internet connections.
Buy a seedbox.
Ones you have a higher ratio, download more and seed whatever you are downloading.
Download freeleech torrents. - Doesn't count as your download size or ratio.

how does jDownloader work? do i need prem accounts in MU and RS to use it?

Really? says here I'm 30% done downloading, while I've uploaded 300MB...
My guess is that it depends on your network's abilities. I'm using uTorrent btw.
