it seems impossible.
I wake up in the middle of the night thinking of things i have no idea why i think them.
it puts me unbearable pain with my eyes hurting and my brain relapsing.
i can't even think about one thing, because these overwhelming thoughts intrude on everything i think about.
it's worse then a nightmare, but i can't stop.
i want to sleep but this seems impossible.

completely.
the only time i have gotten sleep was when i was at home, but i slept all the way until 4PM.
right now my eyes are heavy and when i lay down i think about random thoughts, and then my mind gets like what people call it.. "brain farts?" but it lasts for a long time and i can't think straight, i'm unable to think about something i want.
and if i do sleep, the dreams wake me up because its either a nightmare or just something way to confusing that puts me into shock and i wake up.
i don't know what to do.
edit: either a nightmare, i used to describe as the dream is hurting me.. but not actually a nightmare.

I had this 2 times before, I feel your pain.
Also, you should prepare for a major flu coming. This is just the pre-stage.
