People say the pc port sucks but it seems fine. Its not slow or anything. The only thing is, it wont let me change textures from medium to high. :/ The cut scenes have lagged now and then or got choppy for a sec, but overall works fine.

Windows Live.

If you lose connection to the internet, or wanna play without the internet, you can't load the save files.

bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt wrong. It runs through Rockstars own launcher, even on steam, and you can choose offline mode. Street fighter 4 forces you to be logged in, but GTA4 does not.
