i.e. In math you can divide anything in half.
The distance from my hand to a wall is 10cm half of that is 5, half of 5 is 2.5 and so on. Meaning I could never reach my distance

Yes, but it's not long until your distance is in micrometers, and those are a lot smaller than a human hair
