As far as I know, Rosewill is a rebrander. They don't make what they sell, it all comes from other companies so there isn't necessarily a high standard to quality control. Some stuff they sell may be good, but a whole lot will still be the same crap that doesn't do even the simplest of tasks. (Know those grounding bracelets with an alligator clip on the end? no continuity. I don't even)
