Backdround filled in black, made a new blank layer merged the two together then added filter > Brush strokes> sprayed brushstrokes. Then put in the text and edited to suit, then added wind effect to the left then the right and tweaked the colours. thanks for the comment :3 _________________ I Play Computer Games Hitler is a true fag.
