My friend gave me this picture, ask me to put the answer in the boxes( I, II, III, IV, red, green , blue ) accordingly.

I recognize part of the riddle is Morse code, others look like assembly code to me but I'm not sure. I totally have no idea, anyone knows the answer and how to decode it?[/img]

By the way, I still can't understand what the message under the Morse code means. "The Key To The Code Is The Color Of Me", color of me...is it pink? but then what hint is it?

I tried to decode the letters via Base64 .. But all I got was this bullshit

I found it!

First, I use backward alphabet technique( e.g A is Z, B is Y )to decode this:
Hgzigdrgszhrnkovxlwv

and it turns into:
Start with a simple code

Then I use shifted alphabet technique( in this case shift to previous alphabet ) to decode this:
opxhfusfbezgpsuifsfbmuijoh

and the answer is:
now get ready for the real thing
