Yeah, its a Sculpting program.
allows you to absurdly high poly counts up to billions per mesh.
there are 2 good sculpting programs:
Mudbox and Zbrush
I use Zbrush only.

Did you make it yourself? I always wanted to learn how to use the zbrush, it's an awesome program they have these days. I believe mass effect 2 also uses it, since the faces in character creation looked somewhat familiar.

yeah I made it myself.

pixologic tutorials are very helpful, I do tutorials by request on specific things.

Looking really good, I've never gotten to learn ZBrush, did you use those ZSphere things for the base mesh?
