Ok, I have to user accounts:
Admin1
Admin2
I launch a game that requires java on admin1, and it works fine.
I launch a game that requires java on admin2, it wont work.
How do I enable the java service, because I have NOTHING set on startup on admin2, for quick booting times.

| Drag java.exe to the startup folder in Start>All Programs.

| Doesn't work. A CMD appears and quickly goes away, solving nothing.

Windows Key + R
Write in msconfig
Go to startup
Find Java(TM) Platform SE 6 U2
Check it off, restart comp.

| I'd say, install java again in your admin2, or go to the directory where you've installed it, open java.exe, that prompt will come up, then open your game and it should work.
