Crappy little thing that I drew during school. Now here it is pen tooled.
I was too lazy to make the water so I took a random picture off of Google and changed the contrast, saturation, and brightness.

If you look at the picture the beach is in sight. Which means the octopus is either dug into the ground or there's a sudden drop.
