The FSB on a CPU are quad pumped.
200x4=800MHz.
266x4=1066MHz
333x4=1333MHz

You never knew that?

I got 200x11... and it changes to 243-247x11 and that causing my pc work unstable.. I got single core cpu. When i turn on PC it stays for few min on 200, and after few mins it changes to 243-247... And that causing my pc to work unstable + usb devices not working in OC.

I've installed/reinstalled lots of drivers including CPU drivers, i even reinstalled OC 3 times all different OC - didin't help.. Even updated bios. And in bios it shows as it should 2200Mhz and USB devices work there fine, but when windows starts in few mins it goes up to 2700Mhz and all usb devices turning off. Just in case if u think it might be overheating heres ss.

I tried enabling/disabling cool'n'quiet but it didint help.. Still it chnages from 200 to 240247 here as it should be.. It stays only for few mins after i turn on pc and then overclocks itself to 24x.. And the problem in games is pretty weird, Counter strike 1.6 Runs slower than it should,but World of Warcraft runs faster than it should.. Weird..

The CPU should reoverclock itself when it needs the power, try running any CPU-intensive application (prime-95 etc) and watch the CPU clock itself back up.

If you really want it to stop, try looking through the BIOS as it's likely a feature of your motherboard and not cool n quiet or whatever if disabling cool n quiet doesn't stop it.

Try resseting whole bios
1. open your comp
2. take a little flat battery out off the motherboard
3. hold the turn on buttom for 10 secs
4. put the battary back in
5. turn on
6. see if it normal
