baking the simulation is an one hit go, you cant save in between the process .. but yeah I saved the building

There's usually a RAM limit option in the Batch Render options so you won't get BSOD, I limit the CPU and RAM while rendering lots of my things so I can still use my computer, even if it takes and hour or two longer.
