CoD MW2 says i need a 1600 series ATI card, but i only have a 1500 ati card, but when i go ingame i get like blurry messages, gameplay is fine

If you didn't have the minimum specs, you wouldn't be able to even start it up. Are you sure that's the card you have?

My old computer didn't have minimum specs for team fortress 2 but i could run it, it obviously lagged like a mother fucker at about 10 FPS though.

Are you sure? Because any game I've tried to play stopped me from even starting it if I didn't have the minimum specs.

Increase the resolution from the game menu (either from the pause menu or from the SP menu after you've finished the first level). MW2 defaults at 1024x768 for my GTX 260, and 800x600 on my GT120M. Your performance will suffer from it though.
