Cannot tell much about it since I know crap about computers.
Anyway, I tried formatting through CMD (format g: /fs:ntfs)
I tried the normal way by clicking right on de device and select format.
I tried it through device manager.

Nothing happened it just won't format to ntfs..

Any solutions?

Tried it. It says i can format to FAT32, ExFAT, NTFS.
The first 2 work, but NTFS doesn't.

Try formatting it to FAT32, most things recognize this type of format.

Since you can't format to NTFS, then you can try converting it.

Code:
 convert X: /FS:NTFS

replace X: to the letter of your flash drive.

Try formatting your USB to FAT32 first, then repeat the steps.

Honestly, why do you even need a USB in NTFS format?

Did it, didn't work either.

Well, I want files larger then 4GB on it and that won't work on FAT32.

Its free usb formatting tool. I used it. XP doesnt let you format usb sticks with anything besides fat32. Every xp pc (all 5 in my house) do not let you format ntfs. Vista and windows 7 do.

Just use that.
