I know this sounds like an easy job, but I would do it if it was.
All I need is for the background scenery to be removed from the attached image so I can make a GTA SA mod for my own personal use. (The image belongs to Dalva, a GTA SA modder, but I honestly do not feel like waiting >_>)

It seems like it will work, but some of the sexy translucent effects are gone  .

I'm not great artist. If I had the game to test it I'd probably make it a bit better, but I couldn't so I did what I could.
It should still be somewhat translucent, and you can fade away sections if you want.
But, should work out well enough till the real one comes out

I did the middle section from scatch using the origional as a template.
Crappy job, but I didn't have the patience to do a 100% job since I wasn't going to be able to test it myself.
I just deleted everything in the middle and using a few layers added things in. I started with the faded red, then did the green, and ended with the white.
That's why the white part turned out the worse because I started getting impatient 
I spent around 40 minutes on it >.<
But I'd just finished my tutorial and was itching for something else to do.
