How do I cheat?

hey i can get it to where i change the values and my guy will go into the air and bounce around but i really dont know where t go from there and ive watched tutorials but i think this part may be a specific step because of the game.. but idk.. but right now i just found the value to where ti makes my guy jump up into the air .. i found that by scanning the increased values because i ran up a hill... and found the value that worked and now im stuck... how do i stop the bouncing.. the tutorial for this wasn't very specific .. what do i do with the address?
