|
|
So i found address of my Z-axis that changes ingame
"477315b2"
i changed my address to:
"477315b3"
1 more then last time and this also changes my Z-axis thought much greater.
im trying to find the pointer at this point and what does this second Z axis mean...
Also my Z axis always ends in B2 can this help me in finding something?
All of these change my Z axis in game
Address / value
477315B0 / 1169807047
477315B2 / 17849
477315b3 / 69
477315b1 / 4569558

my guess is that 477315B0 is the real z-axis (1169807047=5946.85)
that is because a floating point value is 4 bytes long. 4 bytes means it modifies 4 bytes
e.g:
the 4 byte value at 0 includes abcd, the 4 byte value at 1 includes bcde, the 4 byte value at 2 includes cdef, and the 4 byte value at 3 includes defg
if value 0 changes, it will also change value 1, 2 and 3
another reason is that compilers tend to use memory on aligned memory addresses. that means, the address they are on must be divided by 4 or 8

So its division needs are similar to that of a binary code, thanks for the mini-tutorial.
Dark Byte - Will you please change my email to Flex at the end and delete my SilverFlex account? Thank you.

most likely float - if not, try double. (next time this happens to ya)
