i got an error when turning on my computer

it says i need a dll file that i dont have on my computer

what do i do

this is the first time i encountered this

do i have to re-install my comp?

Yep, now back to the topic, if you care about your data. load your BIOS settings, set it on backup save and transfer it to your slave HDD (it either save all or none, depending on space) then reinstall using XP disk. you will then have all files from both prime and sec on your slave HDD
