hi ive been ripping movies from dvd's

but is it possible to rip movies from cd's?
if yes, what software do i use?

You can do it straight off Windows Media Player...
Open Media Player
Click Rip from the top bar.

Thats how it works with Vista and Windows 7. not sure bout XP since I haven't used it in billions of years...

i don't know where you'd get a cd with a movie on it but you can rip music off a cd.

You never told us what format the videos are in on the CD, how are we supposed to tell you how to rip it???

Also if OP mean how to rip an audio cd that has allreday been answered in here (even tho you clearly said "is it possible to rip movies from cd's")
