Cheat Engine

I have tried to use cheat code editor to add cheats for pokemon diamond, but no matter what none seem to work. It is saved as usrcheat.dat and the cheats show up but they do nothing. Anything that could help, please post. +rep for the good ones.

when looking for cheats, they usually supply the game ID, just copy and paste it into the box

Also, do you know what R4 you have? If anywhere it says that it supports SDHC, then it's not an original.

Uh, do you know if the cheats have trigger keys to them? Ex. Press L+R to activate, Press SELECT + Up, etc.

Are you enabling them in the R4DS thing?

Are the cheats even for Pokemon Diamond? Not Pearl / Platinum?

Also, what cheat are you trying to use? Sometimes some cheats don't work at all.

Check if your Pokemon Diamond game ID matches this: ADAE-B95D2CE5. That's the Game ID for Pokemon Diamond. Source.

Upload your USRCHEAT.DAT and let us see it. We should know what to do then.

Sorry didnt see your first post but it says that the extension .dat is not allowed when i try to attach it.
