Hi there,

I am just began to make a Counter Strike Source Cheat Table. The bypasses etc work finem but i have a big problem finding out which memory address effects the ingame radar.

First I go to terror side and made a "Unknown initial value" scan, than i went to spec, did a "changed value" scan, then back to spec, scanned again, then on CT and so on. But I dont get the address. Is this way wrong? Any ideas would be nice.

I'm not sure what you mean with Radar hack, since I don't play CSS.
Care to elaborate on it, so perhaps I can help?

That is the definition of a radar, indeed. But what I wanted to know was what to "hack" on it.

For example: If it turns off from time to time, a perm-on hack.
Or a wider-range hack.
Things like that.


What I also like to know is: why change to spec, what does it change in the gameplay? Does that remove the radar? Or does it broaden the range?

At some points in-game the radar will flash up with enemies, at that point make a scan. Search changed when they go away. Rinse and repeat. You could be more specific if you know what the values are. Perhaps 1 when showing and 0 when not? I did this once a long time ago, so can't remember the exact way they are stored. But either way, just do a searching method based on when they appear naturally Smile

Many thanks for your replies!

I try to be a bit more specific.

Am I on CT-Side, I only can see my team mates (blue dots moving around on the radar). If I am on T-Side the same, but red dots moving around.
When changing to spectator-mode I can see red and blue dots moving around Razz

I am trying to get the red and blue dots all the time on my radar to know where the enemies are.

Edit: i try psychs idea know ^^

Depending on what address the Radar uses (a local one for it's function, or one used for everthing), this might prove a bit more complex than simply freezing an address on something else.

Because if the radar reads the global address, you might effect more than just the radar if you change the address. Which isn't good.
So you'll have to go tamper in the assembler :]

Yeah thanks for the 'spoonfeed' h4x0r. This is the reason people don't learn anything new if it's all given. Especially when you consider that you didn't comment it or explain it in any way. And i'm suprised that you give this stuff away (if it is actually yours) seen as though you/sicheats charge for your MP stuff.

hi, @lavalava ich habs 3 mal probiert variablen gefunden diese gefreezed habe mich dann vom spieler weggedreht und dieser ist vom radar verschwunden könntest du evtl die CT datei uppen oder mir sagen wie dus gemacht hast?
