Just bought myself a new External HD, so I go and plug it in, turn it on, install it and what not.
So it requires a format, it does it by itself.
So, afterwards, I go and click on the new Disk, and it says it isn't formatted and requires to be formatted, so I click yes and it says that the driver cannot be formatted.
Some help?

I've never heard of an External High Definition. How is it any different than normal High Definition?

Ok, because I definitely wasn't simply trying to point out that the acronym for hard drive is HDD (Hard Drive Disk) and not HD.

The only reason why people say External HD is because they're idiots who don't know the correct acronym, kind of like what you just did. There is no such thing as External High Definition, it simply makes no sense. I only said External High Definition to get the point across.
